Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Nine Optic, we deliver premium eyewear right to your door, anywhere in Bangladesh, with the convenience of Cash on Delivery.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh — inside Dhaka city and to every district outside Dhaka.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120
  • Optional VIP secure packaging: ৳350 (extra protective packaging for premium and designer eyewear)

Your exact delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: typically 1–2 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: typically 3–5 business days

For eyewear fitted with custom prescription lenses, please allow a short additional lens-production time before dispatch. Our team will keep you informed of your expected delivery date.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay conveniently in cash when your order arrives. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. For selected premium and designer items, a partial advance may be requested — our team will confirm this with you at the time of ordering.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Orders placed after business hours or on holidays are processed the next working day. Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you by phone or SMS.

6. Free Home Try-On (Dhaka)

Inside Dhaka, you can also book our Free Home Try-On service — a Nine Optic stylist brings a selection of frames to your home so you can try them in your own light before you buy, at no cost.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the timeframes above, delivery may occasionally be affected by weather, courier delays, political situations or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we will contact you with an update.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number, re-delivery may incur an additional delivery charge.
